If you choose to post your Quilt, a charge of £5.99 will be added to cover the return cost of postage. We are currently returning your posted quilts within a week of receiving them.

The appointment for quilt while you wait is only for quilting your patchwork and not for the option of having a quilt made from your duvet cover.  For this option you can still drop it off and collect when ready, or you can post it.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service when you send your quilt to us for your peace of mind.  All parcels posted back to you will be sent with recorded delivery, and you will receive the Royal Mail tracking updates on your email.
